It's a bit late today but I think it's about time I posted a good but goofy update. I've been working the diet pretty solid but still with a cheat day on fridays. The exercise I've been doing is P90x... yes I know it's horribly abusive to my body... however I've been getting huge gains and I'm fairly young and in good shape and after I get to where I'd like to be physically I'll adapt a much more reasonable and primal training regimen.
