Lift heavy, that's all a body like yours needs. The changes in diet will obviously help, but you need to take up a strength program and stick with it. Looking good already though!

Edit: I'm looking to post pics in this thread in the coming months, maybe something by the end of September if I can stick to what I'm doing.

Let's see if you manage to keep up with the other people in here in terms of awesome transformations. I'm certainly looking forward to that result

I guess it's time for an update.

    Back to the start-

    December 2010. 210lb-ish

    A few days ago. 182lb

I still have a lot of strength training to do to get rid of my scrawny arms but I'm quite happy with the progress so far!

First pic (preprimalme) is from June 2007, a/b 3 months after my ds was born. I had *gained* weight post pregnancy--not a good thing. 2nd is Dec. 2007. During this time I was a carboholic, processed soy eating vegetarian. Ooh but I tried to stick to *organic* processed foods. Way healthy right?

The 3rd pic (postrealfoodgf) is after I had dropped gluten, dairy, corn and soy and added in good quality meats and good fats (WAPF style w/out the gluten/dairy). Still not fully primal, but it made a BIG difference. Probably taken early/mid 2009 (went allergen free mid 2008)?

Primalme pics are of me today, basically fully primal (with a couple cheats here and there. ) I went grain free in Oct/Nov 2009, and have just gotten more and more primal since. Still working on it all, esp body comp stuff. But feeling awesome (the best part about all this for sure) and I think, looking better than I've *ever* looked... Woo hoo PB!!!

BTW, I feel like a teenager posing in the bathroom taking pics w/ a cell phone.

This is great! Thanks for linking me to this, FairyRae and congratulations.

    Ditto, great grimmace NW

And yep, great place to start. If you're eating well and doing some sprints/LHT you'll be where you want in no time.
