More terrific success stories and great photos!

Maybe some day I'll get brave and put up a couple of photos. But I've never been photogenic and I don't think being skinnier will make much of a difference

I've been wearing XL's for probably 20 years as well and I want to be down to a size "L" by the end of October when my wife and I hit Vegas.

    Thanks chums!

Actually feels weird, like too tight. I'm so accustomed to the baggies these fitted shirts are going to take some time to get used to.

Skillful use of the camera can provide indication of results while hiding those things that you do not wish to show. Brag about the things that have gone well for you!

I figured I'd give everyone an update... I started changing the way I eat around 5/2010, so it's been about a year and three months since I "went primal"... SO in that time I went from 336lbs with a 46 waist and basically no strength:

to 255lbs with a 38 waist and some pretty decent strength

So basically, huzzah for coconut products, pork belly, collard greens, sprinting and weight lifting!
