Hopefully this link has worked - showing before and after pics. Now I wish I had taken more graphic pics as the difference may not be that obvious. I wasn't huge but you can see that I was flabby and kind of spilling out of my top in the picture with the black vest.

Before: Size UK14, waist 33", weight 11 stone (I'm 5'4" and 35 years old)
After: Size UK8-10, waist 28, weight 9.9stone

I think there is a lot of difference in the face as I tended towards getting a double chin and fat around the middle and a lot of that has gone now. I never used to do any exercise at all and now I do weights and they really suit me! As you can see I took the plunge and got a new hairstyle too! I also had to buy a whole new wardrobe - that yellow t-shirt is huge on me now! I was such a carb monster - eating piles of pasta and then being starving about two hours later.

Great progress, congratulations!! Also, very beautiful! You remind me of a blend of young Meryl Streep and Uma Thurman.
