Rangers Lead the Way, Hooah!
Thanks for all the inspiration from everyone posting in here! I might as well show my progress too, even though I'm not quite ready to show my shirt-off pics yet.
This is me and my son this past december. I was somewhere in the area of 220.

Here we are a few weeks ago. Probably somewhere around 190, but I'm at 185 now. (went primal in February)

well done anzy! I bet you will have a lot more energy and stamina to direct to your son!
Wow you lost 35 lbs in about 3 months that's amazing!
Great stuff, Anzy! You look loads healthier. What a change around the jawline especially. In a few more months, I suspect you'll feel much less shy about shirt-off pics. And your son is cute as heck!![]()
Awesome updates! Keep on grokking - you're doing great!![]()
Sometimes you need to be told the truth in order to be able to see it.

Thanks guys! You're right, I do feel tons better and am really happy with the progress so far. To be honest, I did lose a few of those pounds following conventional wisdom guidelines (1-If it tastes good, its bad for you, 2-be hungry all the time, and 3-work out far too often) before going primal- . It's probably been about 28-30 pounds off since going primal, but it has been relatively effortless, and amazingly life-changing.
