Well I said I was going to wait another month or so before participating in this thread but I think I'll do it now and just update if needed later. I'm assuming fat loss is going to start to slow down from here on out. I still want to lose more.
My starting weight was 172, on January 26th, 2010. This was taken on 2-26-10 which would have been almost exactly a month into PB, and according to my journal I was around 162-163lbs, my journal entry was on March 1st so maybe closer to 164lbs, still almost 10lbs lost before I decided to document my progress as inspired by this thread. I have no pictures of when I was 172 but I would imagine just a bit more fluffyness.
This one was taken on 3-31 or a month after (this wasn't really planned, by the way, pretty spontaneous from what I remember) I had a journal entry on march 25th and I was 158lbs then, so either that or 157lbs in this pic:
This was taken on my birthday, 4-10, according to a journal entry on 4-15 I was around 156lbs so not much weight loss. I wrote that I had not sprinted at all in about three weeks and had mostly been lifting. So weight loss had stalled probably due to the decrease in sprinting but I still think there's a bit of a difference between the two pics. The lighting is crappy, and I may be flexing in this one:
Now finally, this was taken 4-27 and I weigh about 153lbs so definitely not much weight loss numbers wise but I see a big difference. I wish I had taken the flash off for the previous pictures because I think the lighting in the last one shows better definition. I am not flexing in this last pic.
Like I mentioned earlier I still want to get leaner, I have quite a bit of fat still left around the midsection and also my legs but I'm getting back on being a bit stricter. I allowed some bad carbs and haven't done much exercise (need to sprint!) in the past two weeks.
