    Funny Coincidence Today

    Primal Fuel
    So 2 years ago I did a fundraiser bike ride for the Diabetes Association and got a jersey as part of the gift pack. Unfortunately it was a size L since they were out of XL.

    Started using MyFitnessPal in late April, eating Primal (plus some dairy) late June, and have lost 30 lbs to date. Pulled that jersey out of the closet and it fits pretty decently.

    Funny part is that I looked at the label and it is made by Primal Wear. Must be my destiny!!
