almond butter & chocolate cups so amazing
I have a recipe for the most amazing peanut butter cups:
1/4 cup coconut oil melted
5 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
3 tablespoons agave sweeter
I melted the coconut oil and mixed it with the cocoa powder and agave then set aside. In a muffin pan I lined it with those cupcake foil and poured in just enough of this mixture to cover the bottom the out a spoonful of almond butter and a few slivers of almonds then cover with the chocolate mixture then put in the freezer for an hour.
This is so amazing. I limit my sugar intake and know that agave falls under this but this is my treat once a week. For me to be 100% primal is very tough as I will say I am about 85-90% compliance.
How about replacing the Agave with honey, would that work?
