Avocado Oil page

Found avocado oil at my local supermarket. I notice it isn't mentioned a great deal on here and coconut oil seems like a favourite. Is avocado oil primal?

I don't think I've ever seen it at the store myself, but now I'm curious. I'll look for it next time.

I've been using avocado oil for quite a while now. It is great to cook with and also for salad dressings.
