3 apples, seeded and chopped into half-inch cubes
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
***Place apple chunks in lemon juice right away***
2 cups shredded red cabbage
1 cup diced celery
2/3 cup chopped walnuts or pecans
2/3 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup sour cream
1 Tbsp. Honey
Dash of salt
Coat the apple cubes with lemon juice to prevent browning. Combine apples, cabbage, celery and walnuts in a bowl.
Mix the dressing ingredients and pour it over the apple mixture. Stir well.
