Sabine - while that water would probably be a mental help, I want to avoid all calories and sugar, and the juice will add a little. I know it's probably so little as to not be much of an influence but still want to avoid it. While the salt seemed to re-balance me, it also triggered hungerrrrrrrr. It was rough yesterday. This morning I feel better than I have in about four days.
Sex. My sex drive has been at about zero-point-zero since beginning the fast. However, when presented with the option, noooo problem. It's just weird that it hasn't been a consideration for 10 days now....

Love my new iPad, but it's all I'm working with now and typing on it is painful. My new keyboard should arrive sometime Tuesday and then I'll feel able to write a bit more than I have been.
Beginning day 13 - something new today: I'm going without caffeine for the first time since beginning the fast.

I don't know if you are ever on the Nutrition page, but Nady has a 'Planning a fast- Anyone Interested?' thread that has been used a few times for people fasting to keep in touch. They just started up again today, if you want to check it out. I am sure they would be interested in your comments.
