Long-time and very satisfied Leangains IF'r (on/off since mid-'09). Picked up the Primal thing back in February of this year and finally got back in the gym in May after an injury last March. Doing Martin's Dual-Progression Reverse Pyramid style lifting. Combining all of the above is, so far, a perfect balance for me.
