    I just got down to 46's (from 50's) and know I'll go lower yet.

    Breakfast this morning:
    2 eggs with onions and peppers in olive oil along with a decent amount of STEAK.. very nice..
    Lunch- Salad with Tuna
    Snack- Blackberries and walnuts (got to reduce my intake of nuts.. been eating too much of them)
    Dinner- Steak

    Exercise-
    Gonna run a 5 K this afternoon..

    Need to reduce my intake of nuts.. and increase my cardio again in the morning.. going to get back into my 3 day insanity 5 am cardio routine starting this Friday..

    Today-
    Food- This morning I cooked some real bacon.. not turkey bacon for the first time.. WOW that is a lot of grease and fat!!! I used it to sautee my onions and peppers.. then I fried my 2 eggs with it.. it was amazing!!!
    Lunch- Salad with some left over pork tenderloin.
    Snack- maybe a few nuts and berries.. but I will see.. I passed on them yesterday and did just fine.
    Dinner- Ribeye Steak

    Exercise- Going to hit the gym this afternoon.. for the last few weeks until the vacation.. I plan on going very heavy with low reps.. for the first time since my football playing days, I'm trying to add a little more muscular mass to my frame. It will be interesting to see how much I can put on in 3 weeks. I also have some solid cardio planned for the weekend.. Friday morning at 5 am.. Insanity plyo intervals.. Saturday morning.. running a 5k with my new Vibram KSOs..

    I also plan on pulling my usual 24 hour IF from Friday to Saturday night.. then another 17 hour IF Sunday morning..

    Starting next week the plan is- Insanity three times a week, and heavy lifting three times a week along with 100% Primal eating and lifestyle!!!

    I've got three weeks until we get on the plane.. time to finish STRONG!!!

    Awesome stuff, Bulltar! You're in the home stretch now. I hope you enjoy your 5k, there's nothing like doing a little distance in VFFs.

    Food today:

    BF- IF
    Lunch- Salad with Steak
    Snack- Skipping
    Dinner- Pork Sausage

    Exercise:
    Got up at 5 am.. could not do Insanity as my calves were still hurting from a 5k that I ran with my new Vibrams.. my calves hurt really bad.. I will have to wear my Asics for another 5K run tomorrow..
    Instead of Insanity.. I hit the gym for about 45 mins of "casual cardio".. treadmill, elliptical..

    Weight was a little up this morning.. kinda upset about that.. but I have to stop measuring my success and failure with my body weight...

    Plan this weekend is.. try to pull a 24 hour IF Saturday, and still get my heavy lifting in on Saturday morning.... and a 17 hour IF Sunday..
