I tried it years ago~ found it to be heavy, tasteless, way too expensive. Maybe it's improved since then but for me, not worth the bother.

I just bought some gluten-free English muffins on a whim at the store, normally it's not something I'd buy but I just had a hankering for a lovely English muffin with a lot of butter. Nasty! Nasty! Never again. Impossible to choke down.
So, on top of the fact that GF products never taste very good, I think they are mostly a waste of time and effort. GF pasta isn't too bad and I do use that once in a great while.

Chebe bread mix is delicious. The only flour in it is tapioca starch.
Bread (pasta, flour, cakes etc.) is a high GI trap, once you find one you like you put it with everything and end up not too far from when you started.
The only staples in Primal are meat, fat, vegetables (leaf & root) & fruit everything else is to be consumed in limited quantities.
I made a big batch of almond meal & coconut cookies, they were really nice, guess what 2 days and they're gone, easy munch stuff always gets first preference, humans are lazy, it's genetic we are designed to conserve energy and seek out sugar and fat.
If youhave an easy supply, it will always go first, better not to have any bread in the house, that way when you are after a snack you'll hit the fruit, maybe a carrot, some nut's etc. any of these will have more nutrition than GF bread.

You asked for my opinion, so here it is:
Leave it be. Unless there are other folks living in your house who aren't Primal and you are trying to find a middle ground somewhere to preserve the peace, there is no real reason to eat it.
Stick to the Primal staples and look for new ideas/recipes to make using those. The great wide world of land beasts, poultry, fish of the sea and other seafood, veggies, herbs, in-season fruit, fats, is huge.
There is a reason rice, potatoes, and the things made from them are off the OK list. Reread Mark's blog posts and/or the Primal Blueprint book if you have forgotten... everybody needs a refresher course at some point.
1.) It's gross. Dry and dense with the consistency of a brick.
2.) It's tasteless.
3.) It's typically fortified with disgusting gums/thickeners to try and compensate for the lack of gluten, and often contains nasty vegetable oils.
4.) There is zero nutrition.
White potatoes and sweet potatoes are actually fairly nutritious. White potatoes get a bad rap, but they're actually just as nutritious as sweet potatoes in terms of vitamin and mineral content. They're healthy foods. White rice is empty starch. There's no nutrition worth mentioning, and although it's low in anti-nutrients and you can "get away with it" in your diet in modest quantities, it's not a whole food. It's like white sugar - harmless in the sense that there is no anti-nutrients and toxins, but you're just shoveling calories down your throat and spiking your blood sugar. Once every few months I go out for sushi and I'll eat the white rice. Sometimes I'll go over my Indian friend's house and she'll make me saffron basmati rice. I'll eat that because it's delicious and it's a rarity, but I don't make it for myself. I'd rather eat potatoes and fruit.
Get off bread. There is no such thing as "good bread," and making "primal bread" or "paleo bread" undermines the purpose of primal/paleo. There can be no "primal/paleo bread."
I use gluten-free bread once a year: when I cook Thanksgiving dinner for all my friends. There needs to be stuffing or I will have my head on a plate, so I used gluten-free bread last year and it worked out great. Aside from this once-a-year occasion, I see no reason to ever eat it. It's not only bad for you but it tastes terrible.
