Getting Back on Track
Hi everyone! This is my first time posting here but I thought it would be good to reach out to the primal community since I am in need of help. I have been primal for 6 months now but the last two weeks I have been having trouble. It started with a few non-primal foods entering my daily eating and then that number started to increase more and more and it's become a bit of a "vacation." I'm finding it hard to get refocused. Does anyone have any tips for getting back on track? Has anyone struggled and been able to go back to primal living?
purge your house of all non-primal foods, next time you go food shopping don't buy any non-primal "cheat" foods
