Hi all!


I've posted here before but I'll give a quick background so you know my situation. I'm a college D1 hockey player, female, 5'1", and always been very interested in nutrition. I found the PB a few months ago thought it would be silly to try to change to this lifestyle mid season. So, now that the season is over I have dived into the PB lifestyle as best I can!


So far I am on day 3. Here has been my meal plan the last few days:

Day 1

11am - 4 eggs fried in coconut oil, some pulled pork

5pm - 1 avacado, slices of uncured salami

9pm - chicken breast fried in coconut oil, salmon fillet, some more pulled pork

Day 2

2pm - 4 eggs fried in coconut oil, pulled pork

8pm - 1 lb 90/10 ground beef, two handfuls of mixed nus

Day 3

3pm - 4 eggs fried in coconut oil, two handfuls of nuts

9pm - chicken breast fried in coconut oil, shrimp fried in butter, olives, two handfuls of nuts, 4 good sized slices of cheese


According to ketostix I'm not in ketosis yet. I'm a college student so I'm finding food variety a bit difficult. That's why I had to incorperate cheese (wasn't planning to but needed more sources of fat!). No carb flu/low energy levels to report of yet. I should mention I'm not working out right now because we just finished the season, and usually take two weeks of rest. I feel this might cause me to take longer to go into ketosis. Anyway, that's my story so far!
