We buy them and slice them into 1/2" wide sticks. We eat these by themselves dipped in Paleo BBQ sauce or in a lettuce wrap with avocado and some sharp cheddar on beach days. Costco also sells Wild planet tuna in BPA free cans. Make some tuna salad and take apple & cucumber slices to dip into. Guacamole and veggies like carrot sticks, cucumber, bell peppers.Cook extra of whatever you are eating for dinner and pack it for lunch the next day. I was a sales rep and in my car all day long my 1st pregnancy. I carried a cooler with healthy things to eat because I was often trying to eat while traveling in between calls. It takes prep and planning, but your body and your baby deserve to be fed well. Good luck!
Yeah, I guess the issue again is that I'm not disclosing that I'm diabetic so HR or whoever could easily come back say "just eat what's available in the cafeteria" or something along those lines I guess...

But man, your ideas are awesome! I had no idea that Costco sells wild tuna in BPA free cans or turkey breasts. WHERE do you buy paleo BBQ sauce or is that something that you make? I'm not aware of a Costco near where I live but I'll have to do a search...

This past weekend I did muster up enough energy to make a huge batch of stir fried grass fed ground yes, I bring it to lunch and I eat it for dinner and the family has been eating it despite being a big batch it's going pretty fast...and I'm constipated (TMI, sorry). Not sure if eating ground beef all day (aside from scrambled eggs for breakfast) is doing that...

Mine just doesn't want me to be miserable. I don't think she's as extreme as "Eat what every other pregnant chick is eating!" but she did tell me "If you want a sandwich, eat a stupid sandwich" lol. I love her.
