So I have been plagued with IBS for quite awhile, and my weight had crept up to 250# at 6' 2". After seeing the success a co-worker had, I started using MyFitnessPal to track my eating. I also started P90X, and have lost 28# since the end of April. Continued research landed me on MDA, and the rest is history. Bonus is my IBS symptoms have completely disappeared.
