Hey all, I've been primal about 1.5 years and I'd thought I'd share my numbers:

Total Cholesterol: 199
Triglycerides: 42
HDL: 63
LDL (calculated): 127.6
VLDL: 8.4

I think these are pretty spot on and I was actually suprised the doc didn't say anything to me about putting me on statins when I got my results back LOL. The only thing I'd like different is my HDL to be a tab bit higher... but I don't eat grass-fed meats and I should up my fish consumption.

What do you all think? Am I headed down the road of eventual heart disease and an early grave? LOL
