3 eggs, some chicken or turkey breast, some olive oil in the pan and some in the eggs I've pre-beaten for the scramble, some herbs from my garden (dillantro!). Scramble up and toss it down!

i think when he wrote "it can include eggs because im highly allergic to them" i have a feeling it was "cant" and a typo. that sentence makes absolutely no sense to me otherwise.
