I had a chance to buy mimolette, but chickened out, knowing about it and all. You actually do this? How is the flavor?

And - have you heard of Casu marzu?? Heh heh - makes mimolette sound childish.

Haven't heard of the other, but yeah, if you're a fan of realllllllllly sharp cheese, mimolette rocks. In small doses (like I'll not likely eat more than 5oz of the stuff in a year.
