    Oven-roasted Sausage and Sweet Potato

    Primal Fuel
    Found one of my new favorite all time recipes last night. This was awesome. I made it the original way using the wine.... but I replaced the purple onions with sweet yellows. I also squeezed out the roasted garlic all over the dish at the end....
