Wow, It's hard to believe that I've been doing this thread for over two years! Not sure how much longer I'll continue as I typically don't get much response, so I'm not sure if people are getting anything from it. However it's been a good process for me and I've enjoyed communicating with those who have taken the time to jump in with comments and feedback. I hope that those who have dropped by the thread have enjoyed it and gained some inspiration. Much thanks and best wishes on your Primal Journey!
Don't stop now! You're one of my favorite journals! Either way, whether or not you do this journal, I hope you stick around. Your contributions are appreciated.

Agree with Knifegill, while I only post rarely, I read regularly. Hey, not that many of us older guys out here. You do much more physically than I, I'm limited by my bad knee. I enjoy your stuff and the frequent interchanges with Nigel
I can only speak for myself, but to me you're one of the most inspirational people on here. Keep it up; there are way more people getting good information and inspiration from you than just the ones who reply.
I hope in 20 years or so you break some strength records in the 80 year old division, and then that I get the honor of challenging your records a few decades later...
