    Decided to see if I can do press ups with my feet on a dining chair today. Result 10 good ones before arms got exhausted. Same thing for dips between two dining chairs. Result 12 good ones. I'll try with feet on the dining table tomorrow, you know, when my wife isn't watching!
    Why use a sledge hammer to crack a nut when a steam roller is even more effective, and, is fun to drive.
