Thread: May I get a few stats from this community?

    After 1 month.......157.4
    Goal weight..........145 (achieved 5 months after starting Primal)
    Height..................5' 6"

    Just to add a little more info, I did stall after I hit my head a month in, but then the weight loss started back up about a month later. So I guess it took a month longer than it would have otherwise. Then I hit my head again this past February and, even though it wasn't anywhere near as hard, it did even more damage (Second Impact Syndrome). Even if I ate perfectly, my body gained weight anyway. With little incentive to eat clean and the damage making every ounce of willpower and the ability to say no to crap disappear, I gained it all back, almost to the ounce.

    I started up again Monday (6 days ago) and have already lost 5 pounds.

    Also a reminder that a whole lot of people don't care about the weight loss part. Many are just thrilled to see medical issues disappear.

    Weight after about one month: 182 lbs (partially down to a very active holiday in Italy where I had to eat a lot of ice cream for carbs)
    Goal weight ~ 145 lbs (or 24% body fat). I've already reached my original goal size of UK size 12 (that's US size 8-10).
    Current weight: 160 lbs (~29% body fat)

    F 5 ft 3. HW: 196 lbs. Primal SW (May 2011): 182 lbs (42% BF)... W June '12: 160 lbs (29% BF) (UK size 12, US size 8). GW: ~24% BF - have ditched the scales til I fit into a pair of UK size 10 bootcut jeans. Currently aligning towards 'The Perfect Health Diet' having swapped some fat for potatoes.

    I should note that i started primal almost two years ago, and the motivation has primarily been health but not weight loss. there was a point last summer when i decided to drop some weight and i went down from the mid 130s to 122 within a few months. I gained it back because i decided that i like my "cheats" more than i like being a little bit slimmer.
