Could this bread be considered primal?

    Primal Fuel
Hello everyone. A friend linked me this bread that has zero net carbs and I'd like to the primal verdict from you guys.
Carb Zero Bread – Regular (0 Carbs) (Gluten Free)
I told him that Primal Blueprint followers avoid grains and to not eat this but he said his coworker who's on the paleo diet said it was ok. Would I be correct in saying you shouldn't eat this even though it has 0 net carbs? I checked the ingredients and when I read Organic Gluten Free Oat Fiber I had a feeling this would not be primal friendly even though there are no carbs.

Primal is predominantly a low toxin/high nutrient diet. So no grains are considered primal. The decision to eat or not eat a food shouldn't be based on the carbohydrate content, but rather on how that food will fuel your overall health and wellness.
Using low lectin/nightshade free primal to control autoimmune arthritis. (And lost 50 lbs along the way )
