    Canned Salmon Ideas Needed

So I was at Costco the yesterday and saw this huge stack of canned salmon and thought that would be a great idea to eat. Then I get home and realize that I don't really have any good ideas for preparation. So... bring em on!

I drop the whole thing into a bowl, add relish, olive oil and mustard and basically make a "tuna salad", with salmon. Bones and all, the bones are soft and very much worth eating.
Steak, eggs, potatoes - fruits, nuts, berries and forage. Coconut milk and potent herbs and spices. Tea instead of coffee now and teeny amounts of kelp daily. Let's see how this does! Not really had dairy much, and gut seems better for it.

I just made these last night. I used a 14.5 oz can and not a 6 oz though by mistake... but they turned out good!

Great link! thanks for posting, I'll be trying that soon. I think I'm also gonna try it with crab.

My fav thing is to mix the salmon up with some mustard, sriracha (or some kind of hot sauce), salsa (specifically the salsa verde from TJ's), and an avocado. Soooooooo good and fresh--my favorite post-climbing/workout meal.

I just put mustard on it and eat it out of the can. Yesterday's salmon made a yin-yang symbol in the can.

Canned salmon goes great with mandarin oranges. I make different salads all the time but if I'm using canned salmon I'm usually using the oranges and chopped walnuts or sliced almonds. If you take the time to toast the almonds it's even better.

You could do a fake tuna melt with salmon, over mixed greens instead of on a sandwich. I do this at work sometimes.

These ideas are sounding great, I have shied away from canned salmon because of not knowing what to do with it. Same for tuna, tuna salad eaten with a spoon gets old fast, lol
