I'm lactose intolerant. I do eat yogurt (full fat, of course!) and artisan cheeses. These do not bother me. However, milk, ice cream, and cottage cheese are all definite no no's for me.

In my morning coffee I love a dab of cream. Alas, while I like it, my body does not. I'm wondering if there isn't a good alternative? I've tried coffee black, and I do not like it. I do not care for Almond milk either.

As I'm typing this, the thought just occurred to me that a spoonful of yogurt might do the trick. I will try that next and let you know what I think. In the meantime, I'd love to hear what other cream alternatives people are using. Thanks in advance!
