Another dedicated follower of Leangains!

I've been an on-off Primal since the new year. Set my goals, stocked up on meat, good fats, ditched the bread and grains. I'd fall, get back on, fall, get back on, fall ad nauseum. It was the discovery of Leangains that has really seen my progress skyrocket. I use the 'one pre-workout meal', eat mainly protein and veg or salad. Sip on a protein shake post-workout. Eat again at dinner time. It works, so well. I always feel so full of energy, ready to hit the workouts hard.
If anyone's interested, the workout program I'm using is 8 weeks to Sealfit, crossfit-style workouts designed to prepare the body for Special Forces. It's a PDF I can email if you want to take a look. I'm not going Special Forces, just Regular Army, but I'm well on the way to becoming fit enough to join. Look at my sig! Look at it! .1 away. Smashing the pushups and situps. About to run a test Beep Test today.
This shit works. It works well. I'm so glad that after so long, so many attempts, I have something that's easy to stick to, that gives continuous results, week to week, and doesn't feel like a 'diet'.
Just happy, is all. First Defence interview on the 19th this month.
