Looking to Reset after a 2 - 3 week blow out
After surfing through sumatra for a few weeks and eating a whole bunch of non paleo food etc im looking to get back on the bandwagon of the primal / paleo lifestyle.
Im pretty familar with what I should be eating. Stay away from grain, legumes. Diary is ok for me (full fat). Cocounut oil is great etc
However im looking for suggestions on ways to do a reset. Ive heard Rob Wolf talk about Enzyeme and probotics to get the gut back on track. Can anyone elaborate on this?
Anything else I can look out for? Any more suggestions?
