affogato page

generally i dont bother with cheats but i have been making a concerted effort to avoid both dairy and sugar, even occasionally. for some bizzare reason i have an affogato craving. the cream off the top of coconut cream tastes sweet to me and i have learnt to love the coconut coffee creamer. so... has anyone tried making icecream with just coconut cream, egg yolks and vanilla?

What a great idea. I miss my affogatos. The coconut taste would work, if the coconut oil in my black coffee is any guide.
