....time to get back on the wagon.

My partner & I had most of 10 days off to celebrate our birthdays and get some farm things done. We also drank many beers, ate wheaty food, etc & so forth, knowing when the vacation was over we'd get back to primal eating.

I have to say, as much as I don't want to go back to work, I'm looking forward to eating properly again. I've gained weight (feels like bloaty water weight) and miss that ketosis buzz.

I'm also curious to see how long it will take me to catch back up this week. I'm glad birthdays only happen once a year
