I tend to find this time of year rather difficult too. I also find that getting outside helps. I don't think it's wise for me to be involved in any regular activities yet, but family commitments and the basic necessities of life (and church on Sunday when I can) get me out of the door fairly often. Hopefully by next year, I will have recovered enough to actually join something.
Are you in any groups this year, or is it just the trade shows going on? Can you recruit your wife to go for walks with you, or at least gently encourage you to get out? Or even the Boy?
