Okay, so I long ago developed a simple, natural, sugarless hot cocoa mix for a young family member. Efforts are being made to change his diet, but it is slow going. Anyway, he LOVES cold chocolate milk (he gets whole, raw milk these days). But my mixture of xylitol and cocoa powder does not mix worth a hill of beans in cold milk. How might I improve the mixture? Please don't say to just remove chocolate milk from his diet. I don't have that authority, and he will be consuming sugar/aspartame/splenda/ who-knows-what-else unless I can come up with an alternative.
