    Shoulder press or dips

I know they removed the shoulder press from the pb fitness but I want to include one more exercise. Dips or shoulder press pushups.

dips are pretty good, but if you're comfortable with the shoulder press, why not do both?

Is shoulder-press push-ups the same as handstand push-ups? If so, go for that. It will hit your triceps, which is the focus of most dip style exercises, and it's harder, which has got to be good; doesn't it?
    All the best!

they're also way more fun. plus, someone sees you doing dips and it's no big deal; someone sees you doing hand stand push-ups and they think you're a god.

Even though I like dips and include them in my workouts, I find them hard on my shoulders. I am a big fan of the press. Press with some minor lateral raise work and that's about it for me.

Do both, or get under a bar

Both! Doing handstand work is just awesome and fun, but dips will work your chest too. I never bench these days, but I love both OH presses and dips. Start doing dips on rings, pure awesomeness!
