This is my favorite meatza crust yet. It was a big hit tonight and so easy and tasty I had to share it with you. It is made from ground pork. Flax seed meal and almond meal (or simply ground almonds) keep the crust from shrinking too much as well as giving it a fabulous texture and height. It cuts cleanly and is very "pick-up-able".
Keeps well too. Cheese would make an even prettier picture, but oh well, we don't do dairy, and to be honest, I really don't miss it on my pizza/meatza's. Recipe here
