Wet processed coffee page

I would like to find some wet/water processed single source coffee. I have a mold allergy and am trying to avoid as many mycotoxins as I can (but will not give up my morning coffee). I know about the bulletproof coffee guy and his Upgraded Coffee but would like some less expensive options (and variety). Any coffee snobs with ideas?

Central American countries coffees are almost exclusively wet processed because of their high humidity and rainfall. It's just too wet to put the beans out in the sun. Personally I prefer dry process for taste, but this may be a concern I will have to look into.
