How much chicken did you eat in comparison to the seafood you've been eating in one sitting? When did you start adding back in seafood/meat?
You may need to take digestive enzymes to help with the processing of the meat for a little while. I don't know why you wouldn't have issues with seafood and would with chicken, but perhaps it's something about the proteins that your body can't handle. Make sure to go slow and incorporate probiotics.
