Is it just me? I can stick to a fairly good eating plan when at home; limited carbs, plenty of protein and good fats but as soon as I travel for a week or more, it is almost impossible to stick to a good eating plan.


How do you cope with the lack of primal on-the-go food when out and about, especially in countries where you are a foreigner and don't speak the language? How do you find travelling with friends and trying to keep primal?


Having just returned from a week holiday I couldn't escape carbs, I tried to eat meat as much as possible but fast food and convenience snacks were just unavoidable. Sure, a week of bad food may not undo months of good practice and I by no means want my eating habits to ruin a holiday, but the sluggish, bloated, constipated feeling is so damn awful.
