There have been two major kettlebell swing challenges on was 10,000 sings in 30 days the other 10,000 swings in 10 days.

Any particular number at a time/per day, or as many as you can get in every day to get to 10,000 by the tenth day?

Whenever and however seems to be the way to go - the goal is your 10,000 at the end of the 10th day.
