aaagh! What have I signed up to? Got 500 done; 5 sets of 100 with a minute rest between each. Now my callouses are aflame (I think I'll be spending a lot of time in the beauticians, getting my manicure on or just put coconut oil on my hands instead of in my mouth.)
I'm gonna have to postpone my other KB programmes to get this done. That being said, it will be a great opportunity to establish a good base for my snatch; my weakest comp. lift.
