So I am wondering about eating times, I know that the traditional is "3 squares a day". And for a while I have been doing what I thought was better, someone had told me that we were supposed to eat six smaller meals a day. And so now I pretty much just eat anytime I'm hungry. So I was wondering does this line up with primal wisdom or should I be eating at more discrete times and skipping meals sometimes like Mark talks about so much? Also just for more information, so that I get the best answer possible. I am not trying to lose any weight just to be healthier and put on lean muscle.
