    Eating Primal hasn't changed it. I think it's just the cost of my lifestyle.

    My understanding is that tinnitus that doesn't go away is a sign of permanent hearing damage.

    If you go to live concerts...tinnitus.
    If you listen to those little ear-bud headphones...tinnitus.
    If you work around machinery (doesn't even have to be all that loud) without protection...tinnitus.

    Yeah, sometimes it seems so loud I wonder that others can't hear it.
    I have friends in the biz who have it so loud they have to sleep with sound (static) generators to drown it out or it keeps 'em awake.
