beef liver will win the contest for most nutritionally dense. throw in kale, and you have a 1-2 combo that's impossible to top.

i would not live on those two foods, however.
sorry about not being clear enough, I mean which foods based on reaching all nutritional goals, but it's really interesting to see peoples responses based on personal tatse too!

    Cows and Chickens.
Disclaimer: I eat 'meat and vegetables' ala Primal, although I don't agree with the carb curve. I like Perfect Health Diet and WAPF Lactofermentation a lot.

I would just save me a cow.

    1. All the Cow meat for the protein, amino acids and minerals
    2. All the offal for their dense nutrient composition
    3. All the bones for the calcium and magnesium, among others
    4. Milk that sucker as much as you can before it dies for milk, yogurt, cheese and bUDDER!

Nutritionally a diet with a wide variety of vegetables, meats/fish/shellfish, fruits/berries, nuts, herbs... seriously.
From a nutritional stand point I wouldn't want to limit my self to just a few items... that would be pretty silly IMO.

And that's why I'm here eating HFLC Primal/Paleo.
