    sorry about not being clear enough, I mean which foods based on reaching all nutritional goals, but it's really interesting to see peoples responses based on personal tatse too!

    Mine would be:
    - Different types of fish
    - Elk
    - Berries
    - Spinach
    - Pumpkin
    - Sweet potatoes

    Most nutritionally dense = liver

    What to live on = liver, eggs, butter, and sweet potato.....Actually this is darn close to my ideal day

    I would just save me a cow.

    1. All the Cow meat for the protein, amino acids and minerals
    2. All the offal for their dense nutrient composition
    3. All the bones for the calcium and magnesium, among others
    4. Milk that sucker as much as you can before it dies for milk, yogurt, cheese and bUDDER!

    Nutritionally a diet with a wide variety of vegetables, meats/fish/shellfish, fruits/berries, nuts, herbs... seriously.
    From a nutritional stand point I wouldn't want to limit my self to just a few items... that would be pretty silly IMO.
