I'm going to the wilds of Donegal, Ireland for a few days (yes there's a good chance it will be raining). While I plan to do my primal series (pushups, plant, squats et al), I know there is good 200m boomerang-shaped hill (with a good incline) behind my mother's cottage. Can anyone suggest a good 'primal' hill workout I could do? If you've got one, please let me know how many sets and timings for an interval-type workout. Thank you!
