Obviously this isn't as Primal as eating a grass fed ribeye with bacon asparagus(my favorite) but I though it would be fun. I have a Cuisine Art Ice Cream maker and decided to make primal icecream. It turned out better then most ice creams I ever had. Here are the ingredients.

2 1/3 cups of Organic Heavy Cream
2 1/3 cups of Organic whole milk
3 organic cage free eggs
4 organic cage free egg yolks
2 Tbsp of Organic Vanilla Extract
1/2 cup of Organic Maple Syrup

I just followed the instructions from the Cuisine Art recipe book. It was amazingly good. I also calculated the nutrition facts:
Serving Size - 1/2 Cup
Calories - 251
Fat - 17
Protein - 2
Carbs - 17.5
