Kind of reminds me of the cantaloup + prosciutto combo. I am quite a fan. And smoked salmon is one of my favourite foods. I need to try it with watermelon.

Yeah that's what i had in mind when i was eating it. To Austrian - I'm not a big fan of horseradish but I'm sure it will taste good
