Sucks to be you! Maybe ask Dr. Bork Bork to give you her recipe for bacon-butter donuts.
Hey, I have made this recipe tons of times in the past at a bakery. It tastes great and has no grain or gluten. It's nearly pure fat as well.
CHOCOLATE FLOURLESS TORTE
12 LARGE EGGS
1 LB BUTTER
2 LB DARK CHOCOLATE
MELT CHOCOLATE AND BUTTER TOGETHER OVER LOW HEAT AND LET COOL TO ROOM TEMP. ADD EGGS, MIX WELL. MAKES 2 - 9” TORTES (THEY FREEZE WELL). BAKE AT 350 UNTIL TORTE PUFFS UP ALL OVER, ABOUT 30-40 MINUTES.
SERVE WITH HOMEMADE WHIPPED CREAM.

You lousy kids! Get off my savannah!
Why can't she eat the donut and THEN go on a mad punching spree?
Then she'd use the sugar in the donut for energy whilst burning off
all the calories from the 14lbs of grease in it, too.
See, I'm an enabler all the way around.
Winning.
I'm leaning toward the punching spree... I can't have gf flours and I can't have eggs. Bacon thus far is my go to. So, yeh, punching spree!!
PS I wouldn't dare eat the donut.... I just want it.
Don't let anybody tell you, "You can't" just because they can't.
Well now see, I ate it for you GP, so get on with the punching spree!
anyone got extra money for bail?

I say, if you can't eat donuts, enjoy sushi.

What about pudding? Good quality ice cream or sherbet? A Godiva chocolate truffle?
I don't have much of a sweet tooth, but occasionally I'll split a Reese's peanut butter cup package with my daughter-in-law. No, I'm not pretending it's healthy, but it sure tastes good when I eat it!
I had a good thing going with some cocnut milk, banana, and an avocado... Blend it, chill it, viola- pudding. But the bananas are an issue. I'm also on the autoimmune protocol so that eliminates eggs and dairy. I found an AMAZING green tea ice cream but the stupid thing has guar gum. Chris kresser made note that guar gum is terrible for those with digestive issues. And darn if he aint right.
I made a smoothie today with canned pumpkin, cranberries, and coconut milk that was yummy, but it wasn't the same as having a SAD dessert.
