Hello, everyone. I'm on Day 8 of strict Palao. The transition has not been difficult as I've always maintained a pretty clean lifestyle -- no junk or fast food. The transition has been to eliminate dairy, wheat and sugar completely. I feel great, and looking forward to week 2. I'm starting this journey with the following stats:
My goal is to lift weights, increase physical activity and continue eating clean. I've competed in Ironman, 100 mile running races, and lots of triathlons and marathons. I'd like to build a strong body and continue to participate in races, but perhaps lessen the mileage.
Looking forward to sharing ideas/thoughts on this lifestyle.
