    Call me confused, why would anyone want to store olive oil in the fridge ?

    I buy Filippo Berio Gusto Frittato Extra Virgin olive oil for dressings and the standard EV olive oil for cooking. It's made in Italy, the company is over 150 years old and it's on sale in Italy too so that's good enough for me. I've got three small olive trees in my garden but they haven't had many olives yet.
